Receptionist
Location: Los Angeles, California
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, managing front desk operations and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
