Parts Manager

Location: Buffalo, New York

Pay: $55,000/year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the parts department, manage inventory, and ensure the availability of parts for service and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the parts department operations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a parts manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
